With over 5 years and 5000+ hours of one-on-one coaching, she has come to embrace an integrative training philosophy that prioritizes bio-mechanically efficient movement while recognizing  and addressing everyday insults and injuries to the body. Brandi maintains that a “strong body is a strong mind” and emphasizes the importance of exercise as a tool to reveal the way one can influence the trajectory of their own health through a regular practice of self-care via movement.

Brandi is a Certified Stick Mobility instructor and advocates the use of these simple and effective tools to create strength and mobility in each joint of the body. These tools feature prominently in her routines and have been used with great results from clients ranging from endurance athlete to post-surgery patient. Having worked with clients ages 16-65+ many with varying health conditions from Fibromyalgia to Parkinson’s, she believes that no matter what body you’re in there is always something you CAN do that you just haven’t been introduced to yet.

Brandi believes that taking time to care for yourself with movement should not be a question but a practice that is essential to a long, healthy, happy life. Moving with intention, integrity curiosity,  and non-judgement creates space for healing a growth of which we are all innately capable.
